Heaven-like I

TaDAaa...I haven't been update my blog for few days and I knew that Kelly is so anxious to wait for my upcoming blog. I was waiting for photos from my friends so that I can upload some for you guys to have a look that is why I am late for the new post. Sorry for making you all wait so long for it.

Well, I am currently having mid semester holiday for my first semester. So what I did is, I went to Sydney for three days trip. Sounds cool right? I never expect that there will be one day I will be in Sydney. I was so happy and excited about it especially when I know that I am going to meet Kelly there. I so wanted to meet someone who I actually know and familiar with ever since I stepped on the land of Australia.

So on the Monday morning, eleven of us took bus to Sydney at 8am. It took about three hours to reach Sydney. Along the way, I was getting more excited and keep singing only. My friend, Weiling who was sleeping beside me I think couldn't sleep well because of my "sweet&sexy" voice? I really never realized about that until Sher Reen told me that she heard someone is singing. Sher Reen was sitting two rows in front of me. OMG! I didn't know that I was that excited. Sorry guys...

What happened next is, we reached Sydney. With eleven people and all the luggages, we walked to Meriton World Tower which is 15minutes nearby I guess. You can sense the difference between Sydney and Canberra once you stepped down from the bus. There are all skyrockets around us, bunches of people walking by like rushing to somewhere for something very important, even the birds in Sydney is more than in Canberra. What a hectic city! Canberra is just so dull, you hardly see bunches of people here.

So ya, the main thing I wanted to say here is not about how hectic the city is but the apartment which will shelter eleven of us. Meriton World Tower, remember this name! It is the tallest building in Sydney, made up of 74 floors. It is also rated as five stars apartment with laundry equipments, kitchen utensils, safe box, and all the things that a house should have are provided. It is even more complete than the house that I am currently staying. GODNESS! They even have heated pool, sauna, spa and gym. Can you imagine that you actually living in heaven? This is the first time I stay in five stars apartment. I think my parents also never try this before. I was so reluctant to leave Syndey especially when I am sleeping on their king sized bed. Luxury lifestyle~

Saw that bed? How could you willing to wake up in the morning? It was so comfortable!! I jumped up on the bed already, you can never see me till we got to go out again.

I was staying in 24th floor studio room, so unfortunately for four of us. But do believe me, that bed can squeeze four of us. The guys are staying in the other three rooms apartment at 73rd floor!! What a huge gap! Even the lift that we use to get on the rooms are different. Hmmp! Their master bedroom not only have bathroom but a mini jacuzzi as well. That room is so huge until it can actually fits evelen of us. Should have stay there for few more days! The views from 73rd floor was amazing!

This is the mini jacuzzi in the master room.....So nice right...JEalousY

This is the picture that I snapped when I standing near the glasses....Cool right?

You see the view...Can see the sea...This the second highest floor...MY GOD!!

From my room, the balcony you only can see this. Somemore opposite building I think is office, night time when they on the light you can actually see through the glasses. That was so cool!! Since the girls' room is only like 24th floor we do have balcony, if 73rd floor? Who will dare to stand out the balcony? I think if the wind blows only you can fall down from there.

This is the balcony in my room!!! Coffee with cake will be perfect...

Okay, I think I crap too much on the building I am staying. Let'smove on then. After checked in, we went Fish Market to crave for our lunch. Everyone was so so so hungry. So what did we have there? Obviously FRESH SEAFOOD!!!!!! I got a shock when I reached the market, bunches of people walking in and out like pasar malam. Then inside you can see lots of stall selling all the seafood, really looks like pasar in Malaysia somemore with the fishy fishy smells. Here right you can see lots different type of seafoods, some I didn't even see before. I was pretty amazed with it because I never thought that I will be able to see such market in Australia. The seafood here selling at the cheap price as well. Worth eating!!

Scallops...Looks nice right? Nicely arranged.....

Lobsters...All are so huge, somemore this is only from a stall there is more stallls!!!

This is the oysters I ate. There is lots more but I prefer to show you all the one I ate. Hehe. I ate oysters once only in Malaysia before this and I didn't like it. The taste was like *yucks*. But this time when I tried in Fish Market, HEAVEN~~~ The taste was so so so so nice especially with their lemon. You got to try this. They also have cheese oysters, bacon oysters and lots more but I only tried original and fresh one.

These two creatures here, when I saw I really don't know what is that. I didn't even bother to ask what is it cause my food was there waiting for me already. I roughly can guess it should be relatives to crabs' family. The grey one at the side should be from lobsters' family then. Anyone know what is that please let me know ya. Thanks.

After the yummy yummy tummy tummy lunch.....FULL....

Anyways for lunch I had sashimi of FRESH king fish, salmon and tuna, FRESH oysters with lemon and some chili sauce(their chili sauce-NICE!), FRESH eels which melted when you put it inside your mouth and the taste was unforgetable!!!! Then we also have fried FRESH calamari, chewy........Can you imagine the taste as I had it? And oh ya, I only paid AUD$10.00 for that which is equivalent to RM30.00. You think did I overspent on seafood?

I've got to stopped here. If not I will be so depressed for coming back to Canberra again. After that, it's time for us to take some rest in the luxury apartment but it seems like everyone don't want rest so everyone went for a short shopping trip. Before we start our shopping, we went to this place named easy way(tea indulgence) to fulfill Weiling's enthusiasm for bubble tea with pearls. She was so crazy over it. Of course I did have one cup too, though I am not a big fan of bubble tea. I just love to chew the pearls only.

My first bubble tea in Australia...Blueberry with milk tea...taste weird at first but then after that you will find it niceeeeeee.....

Then we went to G-Star Raw, a branded shop where all the guys are crazy over it. This brand I never hear back in Malaysia but it is so famous over here in Australia. Here one jacket might just cost you around $350 average, so ya the guys are the fans of it. We were in the shop for about an hour I guess. Everyone was busy trying their jackets, I tried few jackets too. It was really cool on me, but the price wasn't friendly with my wallet. Sigh. The most funny thing is after an hour every walk out with empty hand. Only Chua's friend bought one jacket I think.

This is the brand in case any of you don't know about it.

After the craze of G-star Raw, all the boys went back to apartment to go swimming. There is few people among us who are on diet, so they felt bad after the lunch and decided to do some sports to burn off all the fats and calories consumed. What a pathetic trip. Diet? The girls went for their shopping we just didn't want to join the guys or maybe it's only me. I don't know somemore I didn't bring my swimming suit. It was quite a bored walk I think probably because everyone is tired. After that, we just went back and shower to get ready for dinner.

The first day was really cold because it rained. Abit unlucky we all. Dinner we ate at this japanese restaurant named Makoto. They said it's very nice and you can't make reservation. They have this first come first serve basis. I was thinking is it that nice? By right I shouldn't doubt about that because I know I will be having nice food if I hang out with them. Haha. We waited kind of long just to get in the restaurant, it seems like lots people is craving for it. I just ate the chicken udon there and actually it don't really taste special to me. Their speciality is their sushi I think. It was quite big and looks nice, but I didn't eat that. Everyone was telling very nice. I was too full for that. Somemore rice? CARBS!!

Dinner wasn't a really special one for me though. Our next stop will be Darling Harbour. It is one of Sydney "buzz" place. Everyone who comes to Sydney will make Darling Harbour one of their stops. It really has nice and beautiful view here at night, totally suitable for couples to darling around. Probably I can get my darling here also...

Guys of the night.....acting cool.....zzz

Beautiful right? Somemore got four leng lui brighten up the whole photo......What else can be better?

Nick seems happy.....

Since everyone is posing so nicely, so someone suggested to do jumping shot...You can't find me there, I am too.......(particular?don't know what's the word)about my image so ya. Maybe next time I should just join because I know there will be people out there who reading this now thinking ' since when this lady got image?' I know you are the one thinking that.

We took too long time in Darling Harbour taking pictures till almost out of schedule. We were supposed to head on to karaoke now!! Iwas really tired, I guess everyone is tired. Here the karaoke very funny, you need passport to get in. It's like goin clubbing like that. When I reach the Karaoke place only, I know I don't like that place already. Looks so complicated and you can see all the lala and gengster-like people walking in and out. It is like anytime there will be a gengster fight like that. Looks exactly like those in HongKong movies. But it is not that cheap also to sing here, it cost about AUD$15.00 per person for two hours. Another thing is, for VIP room they only have two mics? When we asked for more, they said more mic will affect the surrounding sounds effect. I was like zzzzzzzzzzzz..... Even Neways is much better, I shall go back Malaysia and sing!!!!!!!!! So tempted to sing!! Anyone want karaoke?

By the time karaoke seesion finished, it's already 12 something. Everyone also showing tired and pale face after a long day. Yet there is some friends want to go hang out in Star City-casino. I was tired but I wanted to follow them to have a look how's the casino here like. Probably different from Malaysia one? But I never go into casino before also, so I can't really compare. I can only compare with those I saw in TV. Haha. I don't know why I so excited for that and expected so much, ended up I kind of disappointed with what I saw. The casino is like so dead. Somemore not every table are opened. When I stepped in I thought haven't reach, I was waiting for my friend to bring me to the casino. Then he was like telling me 'ya this is the one'. I was like 'errr okay..'
So boring there for an hour do nothing, just walking around. But I did learn on roughly how to play some of the games. *laughing loud* We shall try next time.....

It's already 2 something in the midnight and we have to wake up for 9.30am breakfast tomorrow. It's time for everyone to go back and rest~~ I was so tired but at the same time excited again for tomorrow. Tomorrow should be more fun than today because everyone is going to BEACH!!!!!!

This is just the first day I reached Sydney yet I crapped so much about it. The second day will be on next post. It will be too long for you guys to read everything...Haha.

P/S : This message is only for the person named PAULINE LIM POH LING. I was requested upon her wish to mention about her name here. I mentioned your name! Happy or not? Proud? Nice? Haha. I wanted to post your picture here but unfortunately I don't have your picture only with you..
So don't be sad ya...Love you...Muakzz
