Heaven-like II

The second day in Sydney I woke up around 6am. This was when the girls had their own plan~ We woke up early in the morning to go swimming and sauna because we don't want the guys to be around. We are too shy to show off our body *shy*shy*. It's been ages I didn't swim!! Only Sher Reen, Weiling and me went to swim. Three of us were too obsess with weight. Girls... But the best thing wasn't about the swimming, it's the jacuzzi pool and sauna. I felt so damn relax till I can sleep off anytime. I don't even want to leave the jacuzzi pool. So comfortable. But one thing I realized about Australia swimming pool is, they have higher percentage of chlorine in the water compared to Malaysia. My eyes got irritated because the chlorine was too strong.

Sher Reen and me after the 6am swim, jacuzzi and sauna.....Do we look better?

Do Weiling and me look slimmer? We swam lots.......

What's next after swim? A cup of coffee~~made by Weiling
Three of us were gossiping at the balcony enjoying our hot coffee..

DIM SUM DIM SUM!! My very first dim sum breakfast in Australia. I miss Dim Sum so much, the last time I ate was the day when I am flying to Australia. I wonder how it will be the Dim Sum here. We had our breakfast at this HongKong restaurant(if I am not wrong) nearby Meriton World Tower. It looks good from the outside. Don't judge the book by it's cover!! I was quite disappointed actually. It is not as nice as I thought, probably it's because it is Australia still. Overall it was just average I can say. The worst thing was their service. They definitely need workers badly. Everytime when I asked for something, they will be telling me 'please hold on, I will get another person to come'. By the time the another person came, I already don't feel like eating.

Like I mentioned in the last post, the main event for today is BONDI Beach. We are going to the beach~ We are going to the beach~ Oh beach!! I actually took a small nap while I am waiting for the others to get ready to the beach after breakfast. I was so so tired, I guess it's because of the morning swim. We took train to Westfield Bondi Junction, huge shopping mall which we will need to pass by in order to go Bondi beach. Something fantastic I found out is the train is different here. They have double decker train here. New thing to me. Maybe I am just exaggerating about things that are so common but never see before. Sorry if it's lame. So our plan is like go for a shop before we start our sun bathing. OMG!!

Upstairs and Downstairs

The middle level

Photos craze....

Westfield Bondi was indeed quite big shopping mall like One Utama in Malaysia, but there is nothing much I can shop on, another thing is the things are ermm ya kind of expensive. I couldn't afford that. So most of the time I am just doing window shoppings, how bored. Probably I am tired also, but I can see that some of us also bored. Just waiting time to go beach only. Keke.

Time's up. Bondi beach!! Very quickly we took bus there. The weather was so so so windy. If you aren't standing properly, you can really fall down. I am no joking and the waves were like so strong. There is even signboard showing strong current and live guard discouraging people to swim. Due to the strong wind and cold weather, the girls decided not to jump down into the seawater. It is really insane for people to get into the sea in such weather. We just sit by the beach blocking the wind. Can't even open our eyes to see the view. Pathetic~ However, the guys were really insane. I don't know from where they got the idea to go swim. Sitting at the side with clothes already killing me, they were like half naked and dashed into the water...Woohooo.... I can felt the coldness went through every gland of my body for them. THEY'D LOST THEIR MIND!!

The first view when you jumped down from the bus.

When walking towards the beach....Closer shot

The wind was blowing so strongly and so cold....Can you feel it? We were waiting for someone I think...

Everyone is soooo excited.....

The other side of the beach....I was sitting there.... This picture is so cool...

We saw sunset also...Just nice our timing.....The view here really amazing....

Insanes getting ready for winter swim....

COLD~~~~~

FROZEN already I think......

Me~Sher Reen~Wei Ling

Sitting on 5 star apartment's towel and blocking the wind hardly...How to enjoy the view? Open eyes only the sand will kiss our eyes. Aiks, couldn't see Mellisa in full!! Bad photographer......

OKay okay, highlight of the day. Done beach-ing, though the wind was annoying but actually it's quite comfortable to sit there. Hehe. Next thing that turned up is dinner! We went to HURRICANES in Bondi. The name already sounds so powerful, what else about the food? This one we have to made reservation earlier though. Thirteen of us ordered PORK RIBS(there is another two friends of Chua from Newcastle joined us), the nicest food there? I am not so sure, I just followed what they order only.

Full racks of pork ribs....Delicious*drooling* It is so huge that every two person share one full rack of it even the guys are sharing...

If you don't believe how huge it is, you can compare now with Nick's face.....REALLY BIG!!

Since we are paying so much for it, we even served with napkin. They actually will tie it for us but due to the excessive amount of us, we prefer doing it to save some time. Gordon-the only guy who eat full rack of the pork ribs......BIG EATER!!! Let's start the FEAST~~

After the feast....Everything was so clean....Yummmy*lickin fingers*

Saw all the bones? Shining........

Really the dinner was a fantastic one. I never had such a nice dinner in my life before. PORK RIBS PORK RIBS!! I will definitely go back there again. NO DOUBT! Everyone was so satisfied with it. This really brighten up my day.

After that, we went back to apartment to clean up ourselves and ready to visit another 'buzz' of Sydney, OPERA HOUSE. Opera House is just like our KL tower and Twin Tower in Malaysia. It symbolises Australia.

Opera House is just at the back.....

Complete group photos........Melvin, Alex, Weiling, Me, Sher Reen, Chua, Pearlyn, Gordon, Mellisa, Nick and Ryan.

I think the bridge at the back is named Sydney Bridge or something. Not too sure......Cool bridge....

Actually Opera House really got nothing much for us to hang around, so we started with all the crazy photo shots....12345678 cutie cute....

Gordon is so strong that he can actually carry Nick and Mellisa at the same time.....Buff guy and gym freak....

SWEET SWEET couple....

Owwhhh......

Everyone got so tired and wanted to go back rest so much after that. It's 12am already. Tomorrow will be our shopping day and definitely my day! I am going to meet Kelly. Yay......
